Tubataha Reef is the pinnacle of Philippine diving, a famous offshore atoll protected as a National Marine Park. It’s only accessible by liveaboard dive boat and has very limited season. The Philippine waters are sublime, warm and tropical. Diving at Tubataha Reef is mostly drift diving over reefs and steep walls that drop into the unseen depths of the Pacific Ocean. Healthy coral reefs, schooling jacks and barracudas, lots of sharks, potential for mantas and whale sharks and loads of great diving.
Puerto Galera is a boutique dive resort with access to great diving only a short skiff ride away. There are not only reefs and walls to dive but also muck diving. Muck diving is basically looking in the areas off the normal reef areas in sand and mud for incredible creatures like hairy frogfish, wonderpuss, and thorny seahorses. The diving at Puerto Galera is 60% reef dives and 40% muck diving.
The adventure includes four nights at the
Atlantis Resort in Puerto Galera (resort and yacht owned by the same company). Then we will transfer to Palawan Island and embark on a 7 night trip aboard the dive yacht
Azores at Tubataha Atoll.
We’ll knock off any dive rust at the Puerto Galera land based resort and make sure all gear arrives before transferring to Palawan Island and the liveaboard yacht.
There are easy direct flights from the west coast of the US to Manila so you can get into the Indo-Pacific without having to do two days of travel to places like Indonesia.
The price of the trip is all inclusive except for international air, alcohol, nitrox, gratuity, fuel surcharge, marine park fees, gratuity, airport taxes, and some other miscellaneous expenses. The price includes a domestic round trip flight to Palawan from Manila and transfers to Puerto Galera from Manila. Price is based on double occupancy.
Reservation and Payment Information:
A $1500 semi-refundable** deposit per diver is required to reserve a space. Deposits can be made in several easy ways. Credit cards (VISA & MC) may be used with a 3.5% transaction fee, or send your deposit today by check, Venmo, or Zelle and avoid the fee. Second payment of $3000 is due 9 months prior to the trip (May 28, 2023). Final payment is due 4 months prior to the trip (November, 2023). Airfare booked by Worldwide Diving Adventures must be paid upon flight reservation. Cancellations are subject to a $300 processing fee. Price is based on double occupancy. Reservations and payments will be forfeited if full payment is not received according to the schedule. No refunds can be made after November 1, 2023.

**Semi-refundable means the initial deposit will be refunded, minus the service fee, once the cancelled spot has been reserved by a new guest. If the cancelled spot cannot be filled by a new guest the deposit will be forfeited.
