Set deep in the southwestern Pacific Ocean, beyond Australia’s northeastern horizon and west of Vanuatu firmly in the grips of Oceania, the Solomon Islands emerge as a quintessential Melanesian paradise—raw, remote, and irresistibly alluring.
Across a thousand miles of ocean, 922 islands—some high volcanic islands, others flat coral atolls—make up the Solomons. Six major islands anchor the archipelago, ringed by dozens of smaller islands, atolls, cays and islets. Only a fraction are inhabited, leaving vast stretches of untouched frontier shaped by reefs, rainforests, and the open ocean.
Remote, stunning, and almost secret, the Solomon Islands are a diver’s dream. Within the Coral Triangle, they hold an incredible range of marine life and coral-draped dive sites, yet remain one of the world’s least-visited underwater realms. A wide variety of dive sites and types will keep adventurous divers busy: from shallow hard coral gardens, steep and deep soft coral adorned walls, deep reefs with tornados of pelagic fish, World War II wrecks, and even muck dives!
During our 11 day/10 night cruise we’ll be venturing through these exotic islands on the legendary yacht the MV Bilikiki, the longest tenured dive liveaboard in the area. She has been plying these waters for 28 years and up until recently was the only liveaboard option in the Solomons. The Bilikiki has an incredibly long tenured crew and boasts a great safety record with dedicated night watch, centralized fire fighting and alarm system, and dedicated battery charging area.
Due to the plethora of islands providing ample protection from the weather and sea this is a great trip to bring along your snorkeling buddy! Travel to this part of the globe is surprisingly easy! Flights from the west coast of the US connect through Nadi, Fiji; the Solomons are a short 4hr direct flight. And with direct flights from LAX and SFO to Nadi breaking up the travel with a stop in Fiji is super easy… and something that we’ll be setting up! Keep an eye out for side trip updates.

Reservation and Payment Information: A $1500 semi-refundable** deposit per diver is required to reserve a space. Deposits can be made in several easy ways. Credit cards (VISA & MC) may be used with a 3.5% transaction fee, or send your deposit today by check, Venmo, or Zelle and avoid the fee. Please make checks payable to Worldwide Diving Adventures and send to 4477 N Old Stage Road, Mount Shasta CA 96067. Second payment of $2500 is due on July 6, 2026. Final payment is due 4 months prior to the trip (February 6, 2027). Airfare booked by Worldwide Diving Adventures must be paid upon flight reservation. Cancellations are subject to a $300 processing fee. Price is based on double occupancy. Reservations and payments will be forfeited if full payment is not received according to the schedule. No refunds can be made after January 6, 2027.

**Semi-refundable means the initial deposit will be refunded, minus the service fee, once the cancelled spot has been reserved by a new guest. If the cancelled spot cannot be filled by a new guest the deposit will be forfeited.
WDA participates in the California Seller of Travel Program. Upon cancellation of the transportation or travel services, all sums paid to WDA for services not provided to the passenger, will be promptly paid to the passenger, when the passenger is not at fault and had not canceled in violation of any terms previously clearly and conspicuously disclosed to and agreed to by the passenger, and unless the passenger otherwise advises the seller of travel in writing, upon cancellation.
WDA, through the California Seller of Travel Program, also participates in the Travel Consumer Restitution Fund (TCRF). Passengers have a right to make a claim on the fund. The Travel Consumer Restitution Corporation (TCRC) was created to decide claims made against the Travel Consumer Restitution Fund, which serves consumers located in California who suffer losses as a result of the bankruptcy, cessation of operations, insolvency, or material failure of a seller of travel to provide the transportation or travel services contracted.
